Hi,

Just bought Octane for modo + standalone, installed v 2.25 for modo 10..
Using Octane.CreateUDIM on like 12 UV tiles 2048x2048px.

Hardware:
GTX 980 Ti and GTX 660 Ti.

Getting this error:

CUDA error 700 on device 1: Error code unknown.
-> failed to deallocate device memory

What can I do?

Update: Removed the GTX 660 Ti and are getting this.

CUDA error 719 on device 0: An exception occurred on the device while executing a kernel. The context cannot be used anymore and must be destroyed. All existing device memory allocations from this context are invalid and must be reconstructed.
-> kernel execution failed (pt)
device 0: path tracing failed

Update again: Have now downgraded to NVIDIA driver 358.50 and now it loads, but the mesh is all black.

Hi - is it rendering black with the UDIM material or all materials? Does enabling Out Of Core Textures resolve the problem?

Yes, sere the UDIM mtrl is it all black (glossy black, glossy material). When specular UDIM is added it turns matte.
Have nog tried out of core now, but the vram is not maxed out.
And I see the background as it should be.

You should still try with Out Of Core Textures enabled.

"Out of core.." did not fix it, nothing happend when I enabled it.
Yes I can set up an ftp account for you, but it's a big scene. Hope your Aussie line is good :) Last time I was down under the lines wasn't.. What's your e-mail?

Also worth checking the Modo Event Log, and Octane Log for error messages.

Also - do you have the Render Cache enabled? If so, you will need an image in the Shader Tree for that material group in order to trick Modo into supplying UV's. https://docs.otoy.com/Modo/?page_id=1113

This is looking like you GTX660 might be faulty. If you enable them both, and render a simple scene - do you get that error? If so, use GPU-Z to check the 660's status. See the link in my signature for details.
