Plugin License under different user?

Hi,
I am currently working as a freenlancer, the office i work at was kind enough to provide me with an cinema 4d and octane licence.
Is it possible for me to buy the rhino plugin for myself to use on the same machine?
to clarify: Is it possible to use the plugin under a different account than the standalone license?
