Hi All,

Curious for some education opinions. In a one card set up that will eventually go to a 4 card set up later in the year - start with a 980 ti or a Titan X? Trying to plan for the big picture. I was giving thought to getting a 980 Ti now and then adding 3 more Pascal equivalent's later in the year. Or at worst, adding 3 more 980 Ti's. In the mean time while I am running the one card setup I am racking my brain on whether to drop the cash for an X or just get a 980 Ti. I realize it's all opinion - but that's what I'm interested in, options. :D Thanks in advance!

Depends on your memory needs. Remember that adding more GPUs doesn't give you more memory (the memory amount is limited by smallest GPUs memory (6gb in 980ti case) )so if you will be working with huge textures and big scenes consider the x, otherwise go for the 980ti
