Error 999

Hi Paul,

Apologies if this has been asked before, and apologies in advance for not being able to provide any certainty with regard to my NVidia driver version.

I have been getting this error:
Error999.png
Error999.png (5.91 KiB) Viewed 7611 times
The error occurred first while I was testing some materials in the simple sample project; I didn't even get to load any octane materials; the error occurred while loading the scene.
I then tried a blank scene (template: none) and loaded a floor & 3D Camera only...
The error occurs in both 2015 and 2016 Revit. I haven't tried any back versions of the plugin; but I did try Rhino and C4d which both work fine...

As mentioned above I'm not sure what Nvidia driver version (ie 358.##??) I'm using because I am running my displays from the iGPU; and it seems I cant access the Nvidia control panel while no NVidia gpu's are being used for the display?
I can give you the driver information accessible from Device Manager:
Driver Date: 16/12/2015
Driver Version: 10.18.13.6143
HW setup as per the below; but without the K600 at the moment...

Thanks in advance...

P.S. I have been rendering with Rhino and C4d for a while; so I may not have used Revit Octane on this workstation since I reconfigured and reinstalled it all...

10.18.13.6143 = 361.43. Pls see the link in my signature regarding the need to use 358.50.

Paul

Thanks Paul, I had hoped it would be something silly like that.

Sorry for not looking harder for the answer
