Dear all,

Whilst i am fairly new to 3D and especially on Octane for C4D i'm running into something i can't find the answers to:

Long story short: In C4D only i'm able to combine real footage (pics, movies ) with 3D text, shadows and all. A plane is used for the ground to have shadows etc.
For example .

Is this possible with Octane for C4D? And how to make the plane object not visible to camera?

Any help will be much obliged.

Put octane material(diffuse type) to ground and activate matte option.

Is that matte option in the material?

yes. Also follow the c4d->support section for video tutorials. We have a lot.
