Hi I just bought a new computer because my other computer wouldnt support my new gtx 780. I now have windows 10, gtx 780 and gtx 750 in which I want to use the gtx 750 for viewport and gtx 780 to preview render. I cant seem to get it working properly in blender octane demo, as I want to test with demo first before I buy the plugin which I need to buy asap to work on my project. How do I do this? I tried unchecking the gpu boxes and tinkering with that, seems to be doing something but still getting a lag in viewport and whole screen when render especially with pmc and pathtracing on a simple scene. I also tried disabling cuda on the gtx 750 in my nvidia settings, didnt work. This is crucial for me to use blender as I cannot work on scenes with that lag,its horrendous. Please help asap thx.

I dont know if my computer needed a restart after maybe changing the monitor port to gtx 750 for viewport. But now it seems to be totally not lagging at all with the one gpu checkbox selected, I havent touched it as its working but I guess I can fiddle around with it. It seems that pathtracing with glass and light takes the longest to render and most intense so I just loaded up a bunch of glass cubes and lights to test, and before was laggy(yesterday). Today I tried again and lag is totally gone, seems to be working exactly as wanted, viewport fast, I can web browse etc with no delay as its preview rendering.. How come it wasnt working yesterday weird right?
