Hi, Sorry but i'doesn't understand how render region work. I've limited region in LW windows but when i render with Octane, it doesn't take this region.
Click on region on Octane render windows but nothing happening !

Are you working with Octane 3, right? The render region is not supported yet in the current Octane 3 alpha builds. It will be added in a future version.
