we are automating our studio bit by bit, can anyone direct me as to where the Octane Live ID and Password for Octane for Maya is saved on Windows?

Is this something we can dynamically give out to machines or does the license store machine specific info?
Since you don't have a network license manager I can script this myself (not preferred) but I need to know if this file can be given to another computer and it will still work. (Obviously I dont want to run more than we licensed but I want to be able to dynamically assign them to machines,.

are there any plans for supporting studios with a network license manager in the likes of RLM like every other piece of software?
In case we'd have a big project in I really don't want to manually manage licenses for Octane on 20/30/40/60+ machines. I have other things to do.

Hi Simon,

there is currently no support for a network license manager or moving around the license from one machine to another, but we noted there is need for this.
