Hi all,

Can anybody tell me where to copy the txt files from this PC post to enable logging on OS X in both the stand alone and the c4d plug-in?

viewtopic.php?p=234275#p234275

I'm getting some crashes using network rendering which I'd like to investigate

Thanks!
Chris

Hi ccpenn,
on Os X, go to Applications folder and find the Octane version where you want to activate the log, right click and choose "Show Package Contents", navigate to Contents/MacOs and copy the log txt files here ;)

Thank you very much Beppe.

Could I also double check that to start logging with the C4D Plug-in I just copy the txt file into the plug-ins directory that has the 'octane.dat' file?

Cheers,
Chris.

Hi ccpenn,
yes correct, for the master, put the "octane_log_flags.txt" inside plugin/c4dOctane folder ;)
