Preferences not saved

See attached. How do I save the preferences? Every time I fire up plugin, the preferences change back. Want to keep these checked.

Yes, I can reproduce this, but I haven't had any reports from other users of the problem. I will investigate in the next few days.

I cannot reproduce this with
OctaneRender_for_DazStudio_3_0_4_12_Win64
Daz Studio Pro BETA - version 4.9.1.27
Steps performed:
Change from DUF to AUTO
shut down DS
start DS
Change from AUTO to MAN
shut down DS
start DS
Change from MAN to DUF
compare DUF, AUTO, MAN switch:
viewtopic.php?f=44&t=41543/#p212955
-> the changes did stick and were present each time I opened DS.
In which file in which location are the preferences saved?
Is the location different for version 2.x and 3.x?

I'm tired of switching back and forth from v2 and v3. Concentrate on fixing the v2 version. I don't plan on upgrading.
