Hello
I'm currently using octane render for 3dsmax.
I'm doing a rendering and it happens to appear moire showing.
Is there an option that can delete/solve this?

Thank-you

Hi,
do you have some procedural or image shaders at a very low dimensions?
What is the power value of bump or normal texture?

Hi,
unfortunately with very low value you can have this unwanted effect
what kind of material do you want to obtain?
Could you share an image example?
Maybe there is another way to obtain it, avoiding the moir effect

I suppose so the problem is that Octane can't generate a clean random noise, there are repeating pattern in the noise. I hope it can be fixed. Here old thread to the problem.

Can it be fixed please?

Hi-

I’d like to express materiality of carpaint with pearl like the attached file.

I have used noise texture in octane because it makes some sort of pattern when I’ve applied imaged file with noise.

Is there any way that I can render like the attached file, presenting materiality of carpaint with pearl without any moire?

And I’m user with licence. How can I get approved in the forum as a user with licence?
