What is your favorite response filter?

Hi We are trying to create the best looking colors for animations. Since diffuse is too slow for us we only use AO.
We tried Linear filter but it makes images looking bluish even with white balance adjusted. What is the best filter to use to get the most accurate colors
We used to use Agfacolor Futura 100CD and then we switched to Agfacolor Futura II 100CD
What is better to use 100CD or 200CD
Thank you

If you want the most accurate colors, you have to go with Linear. If your scene looks blue it's because your lights are too blue. This is where you should be fixing things. Also your color correction should be done in post so that you can change it easily without needing to re-render.

I guess AO does contribute a lot of blue and since we cannot use diffuse images look bluish. I hope octane 3 will have sky color for actual sky color and for scene blue levels as two separate swatches.

You can adjust sky color in the daylight settings, is that not what you're looking for? You can then render out a background matte and use it to boost saturation. This way you could tone down your sky blueness for lighting and then in post make your actual sky look bluer. I haven't done this but I think it will work. If you try it let me know how it goes and post some pictures. I'd like to see what you're dealing with and how different solutions look.
