Colored God rays

hello Bonjour,
i'm trying to do a "classic" church light scene, with light coming from outside making rays colored by the window glass.
nothing fancy.
I found a tut that does exactly what I want :
But I can't redo it.
I use a fog volume and god rays work, as long as I don't have anything covering the window.
But when I try to had the glass part,(a specular material, with a jpg in the transmission) the rays disaepear
(and with a color instead of the jpg, it's the same thing)
scene attached, beacuse I need helep (again)
