Noise / Line Artifacts with Daylight

Hey all,

I'm having some issues with noise in my scene - a common issue, I know. But this time I'm not sure what's causing it as I have a fairly simple setup, using daylight, a sky, and some simple low-poly models. Depending on the angle of the camera, I'm getting lots of concentric dark noise lines across the building and the reflective windows, and I'm not sure how to get rid of them, unless it's a matter of ramping up the samples. I'd like to keep the samples under 2000 if at all possible.

All help is very much appreciated!

Any suggestions? Here's a link to the scene:

It's about scaling of scene. Try to slowly increase rayepsilon. It's a kind of threshold parameter for single precision math errors.
