Thanks for the feedback!
I will clean up the render with less bloom.
I did only use the octane plugin post process. Will give it a try in PS.
I repost later on.
Happy for any more comment :)

No bloom..:) I will render a new one and set octane post OFF.
Fix some material and make a clean crisp image without camera aperture and post process in PS.

Anyway, here is a new render:

Good progress. The original renders needed more light. More details (objects, textures, etc.) will also help sell it. Check out pro real estate photographers for how they light a scene...it's not just with what you see in the scene.

Thanks! I will check it out! I am studying more Linear workflow to get the lightning to fall more realistic.
I will repost a new version when I get more detailing in.
Lights are tough but fun to learn about!
Appreciate your input!

Why so much DOF?

There shouldn´t be any :

You're right Builtdown!
DOF is set way high.
My material used in the scene is nothing I am proud of so the DOF hides all my lost details haha
Nice examples on the link. Really.

I will upgrade my material and I will increase detailing of the scene.

Great forum for feedback! Thank you all!
I really appreciate this. Fun learning!
