Hello Octane Community and Staff

i just ventured into Octane a few weeks ago and like everyone else iam already having a blast :)
Sadly i have to start my forum activities with a help request, so shame on me, im a newb.

Iam about to finish a study-project and so im setting up everything for the final renders. I rendered from C4D´s Picture Manager and LV and the results are different regarding Dynamic Range, here is a Detail Picture:

Image

As you can see the Picture on the right ( saved with LV) is smoother and correctly rendered. It seems the Gamma gets messed up somehow on the left, and the values get seperated.
Camera is set to Linear with Gamma 2.2, saved as .exr (also tried .tif) , using 2.24.1 R3

Ive already tried a lot of settings and searched the forum to find out what the problem is, but so far without success. Am i missing something?

I hope someone is familiar with this issue and could help.

Best Regards and thanks for reading

If you use passes or saving 32bit images change renderbuffer from 8bit to float.
