Strange problem with text

When I render extruded text I see some odd problems. See the images below for an example. When rendering in Mantra, the problem is not seen.
It is very easy (for me) to reproduce this error. Create a "Font" object, extrude, render. All settings are at their defaults.
Am I doing something wrong? or is this a bug.
Window 7 x64
Houdini 15.0.244.16
Octane 2.24.2.0
Let me know if you need more information

Currently Octane only can render simple convex polygons (mainly triangles and quads). You need to fix these complex polygons with holes adding a Divide SOP node, with the convex polygon option enabled, if you want to render them with Octane:

Anyway I am going to add an automatic triangulation function in the Octane 3 plugin, so in the near future this step is not going to be needed.

OK, that makes sense. No problem adding the Divide SOP.
Thank you for your quick response.

Hi, I am still getting that problem with a font sop. If it is possible can you please add it to the plugin? Thank you.

You have the option to tessellate the ngons in the Octane spare parmeters, Tessellation tab. Once enabled the fonts should be rendered without problems.
Thanks,
