There is a problem with the motionblur I think. When you group your camera and an object in front of it under a Null-Object and move the Null, (so the object keeps the relative position to the camera) the object gets blurred.
Same happens when you apply same keyframes to the camera and object.
I uploaded a video to show the problem.

Be sure that you have object tag on objects with mblur activated. Also don't rely to generator objects everytimes. Try with polygon objects. If you can't solve that put a scene here.
