Was wondering if there are any pre-made studios / scenes with good light setups, HDRIs, and render settings available to download?

With VRay for example, theres lots of studios to download for different situations (black background, white background, high reflection, external render, glass etc). Theres also a studio pack from GreyScaleGorilla for vanilla C4D. These save a lot of time as a good starting point. Its also a nice way of getting used to the new settings as you can just make minor tweaks rather than starting completely from scratch.

I couldnt see any in the LiveDB or in the Resources section, so if anyone knows of where to download some (or even third party ones) it would be much appreciated!

This is small kit i created a while back , needs a bit of updateing but it should work with stable 2.0 releases

The thing is - with Octane it׳s much easier to set up a proper studio scene comparing to other render engines, You just need to get use to it and get rid of the light presets habit.

Just my point of view of course

For $40 U.S. you get a nice Octane Studio kit + how-to videos.
