Hello! I'm a retoucher for a fashion house, looking at experimenting with C4D, bought a load of plugins from greyscalegorilla this morning, some archmodels and laubwerk trees also, is it worth me buying Octane? How will my work benefit? Was hoping maybe somebody would have a link to some comparisons? Thanks ever so much though, love the community here.

hi there, it depends what features you actually need. will you be rendering ready-made scenes? just thought i'd mention it this early, octane is not a one-button renderer as some material conversions happen and this entails some adjustments at work. it would be best for you to try out the demos so you'll see how octane fits in your workflow.
