Regular non-DOF images with Z-Depth info images

Hello everyone,
Until now I would render images that are non-DOF simultaneously with the Depth multi-pass of Cinema4D as shown in the images below.


I would do that in order to speed up the render time (I only have a i7-3770 and a gtx560) and to have control over the amount of DOF blur.
Im confused in octanerender on how to render images that don't have DOF with the greyscale Z-Depth pass images simultaneously,
because I dont know how to switch off the dof settings in the camera without lowering the Aperture to 0.
