Lightwave Plugin no IPR Launch

I purchased yesterday (don't have subscription license in the Otoy system yet). The Lightwave MAC demo plugin had a button to launch the IPR window but it's not present in the licensed software. I have to launch if from the Master Plugins. Then, when I run a frame render, the IPR window closes and can't be reopened. It needs to be removed from Master Plugins and re-added. Are my plugins setup incorrectly? This is proving to be very inefficient for my workflow.
