I'm having issues team-rendering a basic scene that is NOT using Octane in any way. No tags exist on objects/cameras/lights and i've even removed all render settings except for the most current which is Physical Renderer.

I can't post the scene publicly but can share directly if pinged.

Any idea what's up?

Do you see any error messages in Console window? I'm testing a simple scene with physical render+TR. Client has not Octane and renders fine.

Only noticed error messages on the client console which read the standard "missing plugin *plugin name* (ID xxxxxx)" .... attached.

I've had these two machines render successfully this week. The scene many versions ago had rendered with octane.

Are you sure that Octane is not in list of VPost part? If so can you share with me a simple scene to check that?

Here's a grab of the render settings. Is that what you mean by VPost?

Do you see second render settings? It has OctaneRender as renderer.

What did you press to reveal that / 2nd render settings? As you can see from my render settings grab I only have EXR Preset listed.

This is your scene you sent me. Apparently it leaves some footprint after OctaneRender assigned. This causes error on client which has not Octane.
Workaround: Copy/paste all of your objects to a clean scene. And render it by TR.

So odd! baffles me.

BTW I'm using R17 and think its most recent version. Octane version 2.24.
