Hi, I am new here, just purchased the software a few weeks ago.

I have one question that seems to be asked before but none of the methods I found works for me,

I basically use an HDRI to light my model while I work on the textures, but I dont want the HDRI to be seen and want the background to be black

checking off keep environment does not affect to the viewer at all.

What can I do?

Thanks in Advance

Alpha enabled and keep environment is key for you. But check it in AE, PShop, etc.. not in LV or PV.

so there is no way to have the Hdri not visible while still lighting and have a black background while rendering in c4d?

That's not correct. Please try the parameters which i said. It's easy if you try.
