Per Object/Material Pass limit

Is it possible to allow individual objects or materials to have a override of the global pass limit to help reduce noise in high complexity objects( ex: a emitter in a headlight. )
Perhaps in the render view an additional metric for pass limit overrides would be listed...ex: "Additional Pass overrides (0/1000)" ," Passes (100/4000) . The choice to render overridden objects before or after the global pass render would be nice addition as well.
