Demo doesn't install correct version

Hello, I tried to install the demo version of the Maya plugin. I am running Mac OS 10.11.1 and Maya 2015.

The installer just creates a folder for maya2016 inside which is Maya.app, and when I "show package contents" I see that the installer has placed the following files inside:

liboctane_demo.dylib
octane.dat
OctanePlugin.bundle

Problem is that I am running Maya 2015, and the installer doesn't give me a chance to select the correct version. I am hesitant to pay the $200 euros for the plugin if it is not going to work for me. Any ideas? Is there a place I am able to download previous versions?

Thanks, Brett

Hi Brett,
just to clarify, do you have an Nvidia Cuda card in your mac?
Have you already tried with the Standalone demo?

I've just had a look at the both demo download page and the plugin purchase page on the main site - and I see the the mistakes on both of them.
The demo download page does not contain any information about supported Maya versions. And the purchase page has a wrong Maya version number stated for both Linux and OSX as 2015-2016, e.g. for OSX: "OSX: Maya® 2015-2016 64-bit".
Sorry for that, I will let this know to the team responsible for these main site areas.

The only proper information is stated in my forum threads where I release the TEST versions of plugins. E.g. for OSX version it is:
JimStar wrote:The OSX version of OctaneRender™ for Maya® plugin, 64-bit.

Maya® Version Requirements

This release will work with Maya® Version 2016 64-bit on OSX operating system (including and above 10.8).
