I am not a Cinema Plugin user but I need an information to promote Octane for their pipeline for a client that uses Cinema4d.
Is it possible to import and export Octane proxies from C4D?

What do you mean with proxy? Octane Scatter node? Where to export?

I mean the whole/selected scene as an ORBX file.

Yes, but some animated attributes can't be exported. Like animations for materials or light's parameters.
