That looks already really nice, but we going with DL- AO? Try switch to Path Tracing and tweek some parameters, it will definitely look better.

Did you use phantom scatter to populate the scene?

Sorry Yambo , my mistake, it's DL- Diffuse, i will try Path Tracing for the final shots.
For vegetation i used the standard scatter tool from the Octane Archicad plugin.
