3ds Max material nodes not opening correctly

I'm having issues opening Octane test scenes in 3ds Max. In the material editor, all of the material node trees show up properly. There are materials with RGB image nodes plugged into the correct slots. But, all of the RGB image nodes do not have the files loaded. Also, the 2D transformation node is plugged into the power slot of the RGB image node, not the transform slot. All of other settings seem to be correct (roughness, IOR, etc).
I am running 3ds Max Design 2014 with Octane Render 2.24.2 - 2.10. I'm not sure what version of octane the scenes were created in, but it should be a recent version. It is happening in scenes from two different sources as well, so I believe it is an issue with my local machine.
