IMPORTANT for behavior - buy new videocard

Hi, guys. 
If we've the videocard with less than 12 months:
Do NOT ask me or to any guy "you buy new videocard"!!! -> ADDICTION of videocard + ULGY and/or LACK OF MONEY.
Therefore, guy is silly and stupid -> "stupid" doesn't hurt to education.
But if guy is normal (eg: guy says that my videocard has 2 years or older...) then we've respect to prohibit to say "guy is stupid". -> "stupid" has bad education.
Can you understand well?
