Help with creating a transparent plastic material..

Hey guys,
This should be super obvious I'd have thought, but I was wrong.
I'm trying to make a transparent orange plastic like the kind you'd find on a prescription drug bottle, but it just isn't turning out right. I started with a Specular Octane material and brought the reflection down a bit, set the Index to 1.46 (which I found on a database), and I'm just not getting the results I'd like, it just seems way too dark. Maybe the walls are too thick and light isn't passing through?
