Hi Seeker,
the kernel is path tracing, the floor comes free from "vis people" it's 7440x7372 24 bit rgb, maybe I have the gamma set wronge,

Do you know if 24 bit rgb should have gamma 1 or 2.2 if using linear off

I think it's 2.2 in that case, but I'm not sure. The scale and tone / texture of the floor puts me off a little but perhaps what is most distracting is the game-engine-like clean line of the floor to the left and rear walls. It seems out of wack with with the texture of the brick wall - like it's 'betraying' it... I think that one would normally expect some a skirting board as well, which might help. Not sure, just my quick opinion while I am procrastinating on working drawings at 23:17 on a Friday night. Oh drats.

Good point Seeker will add some skirting and change flooring, now go and open a cold beer!!
