I get no alpha for my shadow?
What i doing wrong?
In the live viewer its shows correcly.....but not in the c4d picture viewer????
I use Version 2.24.0 - R1


Plz help me.....i need it immediately

Weird, here is what I got from your file in Picture Viewer: ciao beppe

You don't need alpha. Just use gray scaled image as alpha source.

a gray scales Map is not the same.
Because PS has problems with 50% Grey.....so i cant select my map.

Why no Alpha?
In the Octane Viewer it works, why not in the Picture Viewer??

Sorry, but why don't try a PNG and post it as bug report without trying enough? Even thought that's working with PSD?

Is not. Also your topic of title is not saying that tiff is not working. You wrote that shadow catcher does not work, why?

He is not working....because i used tiff.

Its the first bridge (not in Vray, not in Maxwell, not in Indigo, not in Fry...) where you have to watch whitch output format i have to use that it works.

Your answers are always excuses.
Can u not saying: " It works with png or psd, but not with tiff.....u are right, thx for tip...i will fix it"

you are wrong! a regular TIF image works as an png image. I think that Aoktar simply need more info about what you do.
Probably you don't do it correctly. Pure and simple...
