First sorry for my English.
Plugin is great. I have tried the demo. And I want to buy only the plugin for c4d. They write
it is fully integrated. But if you want to buy it for 199 euros, they'll write down that you have to buy a standalone edition + the plugin for 459 euros. I do not understand much when demo of the plugin works without another program. Please can someone help me? Thank you.

yes, confirmed, you need both a Standalone and a C4D licence in order to use Octane on your system. Take in count that they are two separate product that talk together. The Standalone is developed by Otoy, while the integrated C4D plugin is developed by an external programmer. In any moment, you can export your scene from the plugin to the Standalone and continue working there.
The standalone licence is also needed for every extra slave node in order to use the Net Rendering feature, while an extra plugin licence is not needed.

because the demo doesn't has the license system. Anyway, since GPU rendering is a bit different, having a low resources application like the Standalone is a good option when the scenes became huge
