we need to use a fisheye camera in order to use this software. Can it be done?

hi,
in the thin lens camera settings, set the FOV to 180 and the distortion to 1. If you want to mimic a real fisheye look with imperfections, here is a cheap example:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=45517&hilit=fisheye
you can find a zip file with a scene example on page 3 ;)

You can't set the FOV to 180 . You will be limited to 174 ;)

Many of us have asked for a true fisheye in v3, but there has been zero word about whether we'll get it or not.

There are a bunch of us who do fulldome work who are desperate for this, and I really do hope it appears as a feature in v3, either right away at release or in an update. Without it, we'll just move everything to Redshift and abandon Octane as a solution.

I understand folks posting "workarounds" to this are just trying to be helpful, but really: we need a true fisheye, not a workaround or mimic or post effect. :)
