Parallel samples in Octane 3 kernels

Will they affect the quality of the pathtracer and imagery like GI-clamp?
Sometimes the GI-clamp really changes the way shadows look

And what is max. tile samples? :o

No, this is not related how pixels will be calculated. 3.0 is now tile based on rendering. This parameters allow to tweak this tiled rendering.
