Yes, I agree - there should be a Refresh button on the Viewport window. I will add this for the next release.

The viewport already refreshes it's self from any changes in Poser.
Only if you have that set in the OctaneRender Settings.
What we're looking for is a button that lets us manually refresh, when we want to, directly from the viewport
