Hi everybody,
I'm glad to publish the version 2.24.1 (R3), which is based on Octane SDK2.24.1. Please don't forget to upgrade to Standalone 2.24.1: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=50202

Changes for 2.24.1 R3
- Fix: Geometry update problem with "Resend Only Updated Objects" option due a removed parameter.
Changes for 2.24.1 R2
- Fix: Copy/paste problems which appeared on previous update for mixed materials. Copy/pasting is supported for first operation, buffer will be resetted after that.
- Fix: Support for C4D's "Remove Unused Materials" command.
Changes for 2.24.1 R1
- Fix: Non-english chars problem on image sequences
- Fix: Localdb problems by Octane Core
- Improvement: Keeping mix material linkages to connected materials when you copy/paste the objects/materials
- Fix: Frame skipping problem on motion blur engine
Changes for 2.24.0 R1
- Added account section to Preferences->Octanerender, for Render Clients
- Fix: Orbx exporter for arealight materials.
- Fix: Removed double resending the geometry to Live Viewer on beginning of a render
- Render Settings: Renamed parameter "Geometry Engine".
Added parameter "Geometry Control":
1-Manual: Works as before. Requires to specify the animated, emissive, etc.. objects with Octane Object Tag by hand.
2-Auto Detect: Makes some pre-calculation(limited to 60 sec.) before animation rendering. Try to find/assign the movable, emissive, etc.. objects for you.
In this option, no need to use object tags as manual method. If it can't finish in time, all objects will be assumed as movable.
3-All Objects Movable: This works as LV's "Auto" parameter for geometries. Be aware of limits of "Auto" method.
Can crash after 10-15k movable objects. So better to use manual or auto detect for heavy scenes.
- Render Settings: Removed parameter "Update Method". This is a revision for simpler usage and removing propably unused parameter.
- Render Settings: Changed behaviour of motion blur parameter.
- Fix: Long preparation time problem on scenes which has big instance counts and Motion blur.
IMPORTANT INSTALL NOTES:
Due to the switch to CUDA 6.5 you will need a current graphics driver of version 344.x or higher. On Mac OSX you will need a CUDA driver of version 6.5 or higher (see http://www.nvidia.com/object/mac-driver-archive.html). The minimum supported version of Mac OS is 10.7.
Also matching version of Standalone 2.24.0 is highly recommended.
And remove all old plugin files before installing. Any version conflict or old drivers can cause crashes

BUG REPORTS
I'll be happy, if anyone can be specific with bug reports.
I need to know that plugin version/Os/HW. Last operations before crashes.
And please attach a SCENE and BUGREPORT.ZIP to reproduce and investigate your problem.
