Watercooling CaseLabs TH10A with 4 GPUs

Hi,
CaseLabs website states that it's 5-6 weeks for processing of orders. But to select the correct case pieces, i need to basically design WC loop already.
Current setup:
Case: Cooler Master HAF X
i7 3930K, Rampage IV Extreme X79
Titan Black +3x gtx780 6gb (1 asus strix, 2x EVGA). Waiting now for EVGA to arrive.
Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1000W -> upgrade PSU to 1500/1600W (Corsair, Enermax ?)
What would be the best way to cool everything in CaseLabs?
I see popular options of 4x480 rads online. One loop would be good enough with two D5 pumps ? I'm new to WC and don't see drawbacks/benefits for all the options available:
1) Sucking air in front of the case by 3x140mm + 2x120mm fans and using rads to suck the air out to the bottom and top? I've seen this setup here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2jo0e-aDG4
2) Air from the bottom rads and moving to the top of the case ? (no front fans in this case).
What about Fan filters and dust in both cases? Buying Silverstone 140mm fan filter for 9$/pc?
What rads should i take ? Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 Full Copper 480mm for about 132$/pc in my local shop seems like a good idea?
For fans i saw favorable reviews of EKWB EK-Vardar F2-120 (1450rpm), but NioseBlocker PRO PL2 seems still favorites of many. Any thoughts?
I have no idea about the rest of WC stuff. Just that i need Aquaero 6 XT and some splitter to connect the fans. But i will have few weeks to complete everything before TH10A arrives.
Sidenotes: i don't care much for the looks - it's a work tool. Sits under my desk and i can't see it that well.
Big thanks already to smicha and glimpse. You are the best. I was inspired by your explanations of things and i'm pretty sure that dropping few $K for this rig is the right way to go (In my case that is. Not for "normal" office environments). Gorące pozdrowienia dla Was.
