Displacement Emitter Bug

When I enable displacement on a material that has a emissive surface the brightens changes dramatically!
Download Scene
Since I for some reasons have a problem uploading attachments here (Is this a Forum Bug?) you can download a test scene fro my server.
Just open it. Turn on the live viewer and turn on and off the Displacement.
Displacement OFF
Displacement ON
