hello there,
I have MBP 5.3 OSX10.6.6 snow leo, C2D 2,66GHZ with NVIdia NVIDIA GeForce 9400M and NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT.
9600M GT is in cuda Graphic cards list but anyway during startup the Octane pops up dialogue.

I made installation trough the instruction video.

What version of cuda do you have installed ?
Is it the exact same version as in the demo video ?

I 've done it! I just install XQuartz driver and it works!
Looking forward for full version for Mac!
And also I would like to advice you to create extractor for Houdini SideFX software.

Hi it happens that i have problems with macbook pro too:
