Crashing using pick in view port

First I must say the plug in is 1000X better than the last 2 attempts ive tried it, I am actually going to use it more than Poser now :)

The only real issue i am having is about 25% of the time i pick a object in the view port it causes daz to crash, most times i have the node editor open and the view port on pause re rendering. is this a know issue ? I save pretty much every time i change something but its an issue for sure.

Another question, can we now use material presets between scenes?

not 100% sure about your first issue, but for materials yes you can save as presets. You can do it two ways.

Save them as a DS material preset so the entire figure/item gets each zone saved. You would then apply the DS material preset later in a different scene.

Or you can save just a single material to your OcDS library. Just right click on it and the option to add to presets should appear.

I use the second method for fabrics and environment materials, but prefer saving as a DUF preset if saving a character skin because of all the related material zones.

btw you also can save characters/items as scene subsets, and when you load them the materials still work in OcDS! and there are options in preferences to NOT load OcDS materials from DUF if you ever need to ignore them. Neat stuff.
