problem in max account

Hello
I´m new to Octane, and i regiter and downloaded Octane Vr for 3dmax.
i´m having a problem with activating... can some one help me?

hi,
you have to use the user id and pw that you find in the subscriptions tab in your customer account.
you can access your personal customer account on the top right of the page with the button "sign".

Thank you for the reply, but i´m already doing that and problema persists....

hi,
you are almost there, this one is for activating OctaneVR Standalone, you should have a second subscription specific for 3Ds Max.
