I know it is small (well hopefully) but could you make it so when the render window is open and the setup window, that if you click the setup window button it will bring the setup window to the front? A lot of times I have the setup window open then I open the render window and it covers up the setup window. Then I click the setup window button and nothing happens. Then it takes me a little time to realize "oh I'm an idiot and it was open the whole time".
