Hi

I have made some nice neon lights in cinema 4D using octane blackbody emission etc.

I am just wondering how I can put this into footage I shot using a friends camera. I know about tracking etc but what settings do I render with from cinema 4d. I want to render the neon light with its glow so I can composite it into my footage easily. I am a newbie. Is it render passes?

render with just alpha or using render passes. both can work. it depends to your scene and footage. render passes tutorial is nice to learn more.
