Octane Liscense Issues

hello,
We currently own (6) octane licenses within our team and need to purchase (3) more in the coming month. The team frequently we work offsite and are running into authentication issues due to how our licenses linked to one account. Unfortunately the team member who purchased the software is not available to assist for the next 1-3 months. Is there a way to transfer the licenses to a team account? We are not able to move forward with purchasing additional license till this issue is resolved.

I'm reaching out through the forums because our emails for to support and [email protected] have not been addressed since 06/08.
