Oooh, that third one is looking really good. How are you getting those caustics out of that seemingly flat solid of the water?

its not exactly flat it has noise of 4cm difference in the z axis... but i guess the angle doesnt help...cuz it looks flat...im gonna do another render test and put an environment so it has something to reflect..and see how it goes...
also is good to know that for the third render it only took 29minutes and 28 second on only one titan and i only rendered in pmc and 1658 passes...so there is a lot of potential.

Anything special in the setup? I can never get mine to look like that.

Probably not.
