Bathroom

3000x3000 maxsamples, 8 maxdepth, 1500 x 1500 pixeles, time 1 hour 20 minutes
i need tips about the materials or lighting to make a realistic image

??? i don't understand your point of view, i mean, i try to get realistics image and your comment is not positive about the work in this interior, but, thak you for your words

For me its more about the flat light and the oversaturated wood. I would turn it down a notch or two, I did a fast colorbalancing in photoshop, and made it a bit darker. The wood panel on the roof is like a mirror right now though. Maybe add some bump to it (if you want it shiny that is).. Also add bump/normal maps to the tiles, that will improve the result. A

everything is fine but i must say
wood texture on ceiling beams looks strange
doesnt look natural
try rotate texture

all other is great

I agree about ceiling. It is just to strong mirror. Also i would put a bit more of specular intensity plus decrease roughness. You know that on wooden furniture you have that glossy transparent dye you put on the end. Add some bumps on tiles as well.

you could also try to uv map floor and wall tiles more precisely so that joints match :)
