Octane Constant Crash

Hi there.
This is my first post so I hope I am in the right place.
I have an 27" iMac Late 2013 - 32GB Ram - 3,5 i7 and a Geforce GTX 780M with 4GB Ram
Since I installed octane, I have been experiencing constant crashes in my iMac, that's disrupting my workflow in a pretty negative way. (And this is my first contact with the software).
Even with very small scenes, with very little polygons.
What happens is that when I'm either previewing or rendering the machine would freeze and restart with a message that there is a graphics problem. And that's pretty much it. I have an average of 5 machine restarts per day, which makes my experience using Octane pretty scary.
Is it possible to get some guidance on identifying the problem and fixing it?
Thanks a lot!
Ivan

Hi,
People can think that Cuda errors as crashes, but i don't suppose that's a Cuda error. You have 4gb card and saying small scenes.
1-what kind of crashes are you talking?
2-Where do you get crashes?
3-What's your plugin version?
4-Do you have any bugreports?
5-Do you have any other plugins can cause conflicts with Octane's dll?

Computer just freezes and restarts and I get a message that says "Your computer restarted because of a graphic problem"
2-Where do you get crashes?
Either in the live preview or when I'm rendering.
3-What's your plugin version?
2.23.2 rc1 and CUDA is at the latest version as well...
4-Do you have any bugreports?
I can't get a hold of them because the whole thing restarts..
5-Do you have any other plugins can cause conflicts with Octane's dll?
Not really it's a pretty fresh C4D installation.
Maybe it's something else, but Octane just triggers it because it consumes so much resources.
Is there a way to record the bug reports? Or where should I find them ?
Thanks.
Ivan

is there any more text beside of this or just that?
My first estimations are some kind of Hardware(GPU) stability issue or a Nvidia driver problem. Also you may have some over temperature or voltage problem. Octane can stress a lot your gpus than any other 3d software. So you should have a stable Hardware. Haven't you tried a demo version to test your gpu and Octane before buying?

Yes the demo version worked just fine.
As soon as this happens again i'll post as much information as I can. But that's usually the message.
Is there anyway to be able to isolate the problem?
Cheers!

I also get a lot of glitchy errors in the whole OS.
Maybe this also helps.

to isolate output message? I don't know... But first you should check Hardware stability and stealth. Temperatures,voltages,etc... 5 crashes per day, that sounds to me some overheated gpus. Some Mac guys can give some advices how to check, i'm not expert for that.

...It spreads through the whole OS.
I will try to monitor all of this and get back with more info.
Thanks for your help.
Ivan.

Ok thanks. Maybe you hadn't tried a lot the demo to stress much your gpus. Because it's very same as final product. I hope that you can detect the problem.
