Displacement and SSS ?

Hi All ,
I posted on the C4D plugin sub forum but no replies ( http://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=47750 ) so I ask you here maybe some of you could help me with my problem :
(I don't use the standalone Octane but only the Cinema4D plugin one , but I tested on both and same problem )
I've a character with a Mix material ( mix with a Difuse one with SSS + a 'specular' one (glossy ) ) . I use a dispacement effect too on the chest of my character ( so in the Mix mat , I turned on the Displ channel , using a B&W map ) .
Now when I render , I get bad SSS effect as you can see on the images below :
I'm wondering if Octane can work with SSS + Displ at the same time so ? maybe it's just a limitation and we don't have to use Displ ? ( it was for a client job , but I guess I'm going to switch to other renderer :S )
any idea ?
